Definition and Usage
The :visited pseudo-class adds a special style to a visited link.
Active, visited, unvisited, or when you mouse over a link, can
all be displayed in different ways.
Note: a:hover MUST come after a:link and a:visited in the CSS
definition in order to be effective!
Note: a:active MUST come after a:hover in the CSS definition in order
to be effective!
Pseudo-classes can be also be combined with CSS classes, like
this:
a.red:visited {color:#FF0000}
<a class="red" href="css_syntax.asp">CSS Syntax</a> |
If the link in the example above has been visited, it will be displayed in red.

The :visited pseudo-class is supported in all major browsers.
