WML <card> tag
Complete WML Reference
A WML deck contains one or more cards. The <card> tag defines a card. A card can contain text, markup, links,
input-fields, tasks, images and more.
Note: The "id" attribute of the card element can be used as an
anchor.

"true" the browser will display the content in a fixed order.
